What to know about your Game Cart
We ship our game carts all over the world. Most game carts are shipped within 24-48 hours via FedEx in the continental US. Online ordering is available within the Continental US.

Product Warranty Information
Gray Fox warrants their products (with proof of purchase) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase and agrees to replace or repair any part or parts which Gray fox determines to be defective. Labor and shipping costs will not be covered. No warranty will be given under the below conditions.
Any cart that has been altered or modified.
Any cart that has been subject to negligence, accident, improper storage, or application.
Any cart which has not been used or maintained in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacture.
Components or accessories manufactured (wheels and straps), warranted or serviced by others.
This warranty is conditional on receipt of the defective part or parts shipped back to Gray Fox prepaid. This warranty does not cover damage resulting in any way from misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, or modification of the product. Returns and Refunds of Products
Gray Fox will refund the customer's cost of the "game cart" unit if you are not satisfied with the product. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product at the customer's expense. If the returned product is damaged or dirty, Gray Fox will refund the value of the product at the remanufactured unit retail price (approximately 82% of customers cost). Badly damaged or old merchandise will be returned to the customer without a refund. For speedy refund and resolution, please notify Gray Fox by phone or email.

*All returns for items with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover the original shipping cost.
Gray Fox aims for goods to leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Should those goods not be received by you in perfect condition, any damage to or shortfall in products must be reported to Gray Fox by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All defective goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice or packing slip. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the faulty item is received by Gray Fox. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by Gray Fox.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, this should be reported to Gray Fox by email to email@example.com within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original order form to be sighted by Gray Fox. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the incorrect item is received by Gray Fox. In the event that Gray Fox is unable to replace the item, a refund will be provided. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by Gray Fox.
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods. Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.
Payment (for US domestic orders only)
The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of ordering. Gray Fox does not accept deposits or part payments for the purchase of any goods.
All prices are quoted in US dollars only.
We accept most orders by payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Credit Card and PayPal payments will be processed on the day your order is placed. Goods will be forwarded to you once full payment has been cleared. If any machines are going overseas, bank wire transfer will be required.
If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.
Delivery of Products
Gray Fox ships orders Monday through Thursday. Orders are generally shipped on these days, within 24 -48 hours of placing your order once confirmation of full payment is received. Please allow up to 1 week shipping time within the continental US from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is quicker than this. Please note that prior arrangements must be made over the phone for orders to be collected from our warehouse.
